Please note:

  • We will have a range of experts teaching some parts of this program, including Shamash. Each will be a specialist in their field. The final list will be confirmed in February 2020.

  • This program is not for absolute beginners. If you’re new to happiness at work, watch our Happiness at Work summit first

  • This program is about 90 minutes to 2 hour sessions on a range of different skills. You’ll learn a lot, but that won’t be enough time to become a full expert in that area. Consider this a ‘level 1’ training to begin spreading happiness at work, with some advanced sections

  • You need to be willing to give the exercises a try. We believe you need to practice what you preach, so make time to immerse yourself in this training rather than just observing

  • We expect you to look after your own wellbeing, and are not responsible for your mental health. If anything doesn’t feel right for you, for whatever reason, then please don’t do them. Be kind to yourself and do what you need to look after yourself wellbeing. Most of the exercises are short and light as they are designed for the workplace, but still, be mindful and practice with gentleness and care.
